Our employees are the backbone of the company. It is our main goal to provide each employee with a safe working environment. Hargett Electric Co. has a comprehensive safety program that each employee is trained in. Quarterly, four-hour safety meetings are held with all office and field employees attending. Weekly tool box talks are distributed to each employee as well. Each employee is trained in the process of planning ahead to try and avoid unsafe working conditions. Hargett Electric Co. will endeavor to maintain a safe and healthy work place for all of our employees.
